One Way (to the right)
一方通行(右向き)（いっぽうつうこう(みぎむき)）
Meaning
A one-way sign indicating that vehicles may travel only to the right, in the direction of the arrow. Travel in the opposite direction is not allowed.
Common mistake on the test
Unlike 'Proceed Only to Designated Directions', the whole road runs in one direction. A straight white arrow on blue is the hallmark of the One Way sign.
