右(左)方屈曲あり（う(さ)ほうくっきょくあり）
Meaning
A warning sign indicating that the road ahead curves to the right (or left). Reduce speed in preparation for the curve and watch for oncoming vehicles.
Common mistake on the test
A "屈曲" bend is a relatively gentle curve. The direction of the arrow in the design (202-R for right, 202-L for left) shows which way it curves.
