No Vehicles Crossing
車両横断禁止（しゃりょうおうだんきんし）
Meaning
A sign prohibiting vehicles from crossing the road (for example, turning right across the road to enter a facility on the right side). U-turns are not prohibited.
Common mistake on the test
Easily confused with 'No U-turn' (313). This sign prohibits right turns and the like that cut across the road; it does not prohibit U-turns themselves.
