Y-junction ahead
Y形道路交差点あり（ワイがたどうろこうさてんあり）
Meaning
A warning sign indicating a Y-shaped junction (fork) ahead. The road splits in two, so pay attention to your direction of travel.
Common mistake on the test
Easily confused with the T-intersection signs (201-B/C), but a Y-junction is where the road branches off at an acute angle.
